We quality check all our products before they are posted, but we understand that sometimes purchases aren’t always suitable for our lovely customers therefore we offer a full refund or exchange of unworn items within 10 days of purchase. Refunds will exclude delivery costs.
We will do our best to process your return within 10 working days, however, during holidays and event periods such as sales please note this could take up to 14 days.
Please take care when trying on items, as items returned with makeup, fragrance or general wear and tear will not be refunded and will be returned to the sender. Items must be returned in resaleable condition. Returns must be sent with your order number, full delivery address and specific requirement: Refund / Exchange / Gift Card.
Jewellery and Underwear items are none refundable.
Returning the purchase will be at your expense and we ask you retain proof of postage to cover the item being misplaced or lost on its return to us. Failure to do this may result in us not being able to process your return.
